What to expect

Once you reach out for more information, I will send you a screening form so I can see if your needs align with my areas of expertise. Once that is completed, I will contact you to set up an appointment or refer you to another therapist who will better fit your needs.

Rates

This will be discussed prior to the initial appointment and I will give you an estimate of costs at that time. A session is approximately 50 minutes.

Insurance

I am an in-network provider for a number of insurance plans. Please ask if I am a provider for your insurance plan. It is recommended that you also call your insurance provider to determine your coverage.

Cancellation Policy

If you do not attend your scheduled appointment, and you have not notified me at least 24 hours in advance, you will be required to pay the full cost of the session.

Teletherapy

All sessions are conducted using HIPAA compliant Zoom. A reminder is sent two days prior.

Payment

Debit/HSA/Credit Cards are accepted for payment at the time of service. I use a HIPAA compliant payment system.
